Tarif pour la p\u00e9riode s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e en nombre de nuits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inclus :<\/strong> Draps et housses de couette, Serviettes de toilette et draps de bain, Utilisation du Sauna, M\u00e9nage en fin de s\u00e9jour \u2013 hors cuisine qu&rsquo;il faut restituer propre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de 16H00 | D\u00e9part avant 10H00, sauf demande expresse et accord pr\u00e9alable du propri\u00e9taire.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3 class=\"contrat-h1\">Conditions applicables \u00e0 toutes les r\u00e9servations<\/h3>\n<p><!-- Art. 1 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section accent\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 1<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Objet du contrat<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Ce contrat est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage exclusif de s\u00e9jour en meubl\u00e9 de tourisme.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 2 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 2<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Dur\u00e9e du s\u00e9jour<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Le contrat est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Le locataire ne peut en aucune circonstance se pr\u00e9valoir d&rsquo;un droit au maintien dans les lieux \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue du s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 3 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section accent\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 3<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Conclusion du contrat<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>La r\u00e9servation devient effective d\u00e8s r\u00e9ception par le loueur :<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-info\">Acompte 30 %<\/span> du montant total de la location<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-info\">Contrat sign\u00e9<\/span> retourn\u00e9 avant la date indiqu\u00e9e au recto (en cas de signature du contrat PDF) ou validation sans r\u00e9serves des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de r\u00e9servation en cochant la case pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p>Le logement ne peut, m\u00eame partiellement, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 des tiers sans accord \u00e9crit du loueur, sous peine de r\u00e9siliation imm\u00e9diate aux torts du locataire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 4 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 4<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Absence de r\u00e9tractation<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article L121-20-4 du Code de la consommation, le locataire ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;aucun d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9tractation pour les r\u00e9servations effectu\u00e9es par courrier, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou internet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 5 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section accent\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 5<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Annulation par le locataire<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Toute annulation doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e par lettre recommand\u00e9e avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception ou par voie \u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"grid2\">\n<div class=\"sub-a\">\n<div class=\"sub-title\">Avant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e<\/div>\n<div class=\"sub-body\">L&rsquo;acompte reste acquis au loueur. Si l&rsquo;annulation intervient moins de 28 jours avant l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, le solde entier peut \u00eatre r\u00e9clam\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sub-b\">\n<div class=\"sub-title\">S\u00e9jour \u00e9court\u00e9<\/div>\n<div class=\"sub-body\">Le prix de la location reste int\u00e9gralement acquis au loueur. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectu\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"note-small\">Sans manifestation du locataire dans les 24h suivant la date d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e contractuelle, le contrat devient nul et le loueur peut disposer librement du bien.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 6 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 6<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Annulation par le loueur<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Le loueur reverse l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des sommes vers\u00e9es, ainsi qu&rsquo;une indemnit\u00e9 au moins \u00e9gale \u00e0 celle que le locataire aurait support\u00e9e si l&rsquo;annulation \u00e9tait intervenue de son propre fait \u00e0 la m\u00eame date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 7 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 7<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Arriv\u00e9e<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Le locataire doit se pr\u00e9senter le jour et \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;heure mentionn\u00e9s au contrat. En cas d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e tardive ou diff\u00e9r\u00e9e, il doit en informer le loueur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 8 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section accent\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 8<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Moyens de paiement accept\u00e9s<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-success\">Virement bancaire<\/span> <span class=\"badge badge-success\">Carte via STRIPE<\/span> <span class=\"badge badge-info\">Ch\u00e8ques vacances<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le paiement par carte bancaire est s\u00e9curis\u00e9 via notre prestataire <strong>STRIPE<\/strong>. Les ch\u00e8ques vacances sont accept\u00e9s dans la limite de <strong>20 % du montant total<\/strong> de la r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 9 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 9<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">R\u00e8glement du solde<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-warn\">Solde d\u00fb 28 jours avant l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e dans les lieux<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 10 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 10<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">\u00c9tat des lieux<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Un inventaire contradictoire est \u00e9tabli et sign\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et au d\u00e9part. Si l&rsquo;inventaire ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, le locataire dispose de 24h pour signaler tout \u00e9cart. Cet inventaire constitue la seule r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en cas de litige.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 11 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 11<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">D\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie \u2014 empreinte de carte de paiement, pr\u00e9-autorisation, sans d\u00e9bit \u2014 est exig\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e pour un montant de <strong>2 000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>. Il est restitu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s \u00e9tat des lieux contradictoire, d\u00e9duction faite des \u00e9ventuels frais de remise en \u00e9tat. En cas de d\u00e9part anticip\u00e9 emp\u00eachant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t est restitu\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;une semaine maximum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 12 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 12<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Utilisation des lieux<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Le locataire assure le caract\u00e8re paisible de la location conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la destination des lieux.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-warn\">Respect du voisinage apr\u00e8s 22h00<\/span> <span class=\"badge badge-danger\">Ni enterrement de vie de gar\u00e7on\/fille, ni \u00e9v\u00e9nement de nature \u00e0 perturber le voisinage ou \u00e0 entra\u00eener des d\u00e9gradations des lieux.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 13 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 13<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Capacit\u00e9<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Capacit\u00e9 maximale : <strong>12 personnes<\/strong>. En cas de d\u00e9passement, le loueur peut refuser les personnes suppl\u00e9mentaires \u2014 toute modification ou rupture du contrat sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative du client.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 14 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 14<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Animaux<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p><span class=\"badge badge-danger\">Animaux domestiques interdits<\/span> En cas de non-respect, le loueur refusera le s\u00e9jour sans aucun remboursement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 15 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section accent\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 15<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Assurances<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Le locataire est responsable de tous dommages survenant de son fait. Il doit \u00eatre couvert par une assurance vill\u00e9giature et en fournir l&rsquo;attestation avec le versement du solde, <strong>28 jours avant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- Art. 16 --><\/p>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"section-head\"><span class=\"art-num\">Art. 16<\/span> <span class=\"section-title\">Litiges<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"section-body\">\n<p>Toute r\u00e9clamation relative \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux ou au descriptif doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais par e-mail, SMS ou appel dans l&rsquo;heure suivant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e dans les lieux.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de litige, <strong>comp\u00e9tence exclusive des juridictions de Colmar (France)<\/strong>, y compris pour la phase pr\u00e9-contractuelle, les proc\u00e9dures urgentes ou conservatoires, nonobstant pluralit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fendeurs ou appels en garantie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"contrat-footer\">Document \u00e9tabli conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 68 du d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 72-678 du 20 juillet 1972 modifi\u00e9 \u2014 Usage : meubl\u00e9 de tourisme hors forfait.<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notre Tarif s&rsquo;entend pour toute la maison &#8211; taxe de s\u00e9jour comprise.
